We're looking for an experienced Carpenter who combines expert technical skills with strong leadership, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional work. You'll be a trusted member of the team, helping build beautiful spaces while mentoring others and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
1. Perform rough and finish carpentry at the highest level of proficiency as required.
2. Facilitate successful completion of residential remodeling projects ranging in value from $2,000 to $500,000; successful completion means coming in on time, on budget, and to company standards.
3. Ensure jobsite safety, protection, and maintenance of company tools, and enforce company standards and jobsite rules.

8. Responsible for reporting late employees and subcontractors, discipline problems, problems with schedules, and for keeping the Production Manager informed of the job’s status. The Lead Carpenter will normally interact in person with their Production contact on a daily basis by 4 pm.
9. Order materials and coordinate subcontractors. You must plan for timely material delivery and subcontractor start dates.
10. Responsible to start-of-day procedures including organizing and assigning tasks, reporting conditions to the Office Manager, and planning ahead for necessary tools and materials. The Lead Carpenter will be at a job-site allowing workers to produce work starting at 7:30 am.
11. Responsible for end-of-day procedures, such as clean-up, weather protection and security. The Lead Carpenter is generally the last worker to leave a job site.
