Project was an existing 4,000 s.f. Health & Human Services office. The project essentially gutted the existing offices with a completely new build-out in two phases. Designed by award winning Architects Loysen & Kreuthmeier, finishes included a custom built front reception desk, welded structural skylights, additional offices, waiting room with secure entrance, an observation room with one way mirror, coordinating paint & new carpeting. Skylights & exposing the building structure were designed to import light into the interior space and create a more open floor plan that enhanced both counseling & group work spaces. The construction was completed during office hours and the customer did not lose any counseling clients due to the construction.
"On behalf of the Board of Directors, the Staff & the clients we serve, thank you for your part in support of our office renovation project. By your donation of the observation training window, you allowed us to invest more of our resources in developing office space that is welcoming and calming to clients."
